Expansion begins with interest, whether from potential ownership groups or communities seeking a team of their own. Manny has been tasked by Commissioner Mike Kelly to evaluate each opportunity carefully, considering ownership stability, stadium options, market passion, community identity, and alignment with the league’s fan-owned, community-first values.
The league is structured with Northern and Southern divisions, emphasizing geography and local rivalries. Interest continues to grow across Texas, the Midwest, and the East Coast. Several teams are already confirmed, including the San Antonio Toros, Tall City Black Gold, the Cincinnati Dukes, and the Texas Syndicate.
These organizations share a common vision: professional football can be built from the ground up by the communities that support it.
Building the Ironmen Roster for 2026
Episode 2 also dove into roster building, one of the most anticipated topics for fans. Over the past few weeks, Coach Manny has met with returning Ironmen, standout rookies, college prospects, and experienced veterans. The goal is to sign up to fifty players for training camp, creating a roster that truly reflects the identity and passion of the Ohio Valley.
Every player who signs will be introduced on the show, giving fans the opportunity to meet them, hear their stories, and ask questions live. The first set of player introductions is scheduled for Monday’s episode, marking the official start of roster announcements for 2026.
A Game Day Festival Built for the Community
